Returns

If I want to return the item ordered is that possible?

Iloveyoga supplies only quality items. It may nevertheless occur that the article does not meet your expectations. The article can then be returned. For a detailed description of the conditions in which these returns must meet are described below.

Returns

The following is important: 1. The return item must be provided with original tags and if applicable, be returned in original packaging; 2. Returned items will not be returned if: They are worn and/or crops. b. They are damaged and/or you attempted yourself have to repair the damage/lack; c. You have not followed the instructions and/or instructions for use.

Returns conditions

1. If you want to return the items it should be reported following receipt of the order within 14 days. 2. Please email info@iloveyoga.nl. The return item must be returned within 14 days of notification of the return via info@iloveyoga.nl to me and received by me; 3. The return must (a copy) containing the packing slip indicating which items are returned (otherwise we know is not from the return of those). 4. We recommend that you send the return to track and trace, to make sure that the goods arrive with us. The risk of return is on the consumer. The cost of the returned item is for your own account, unless otherwise agreed. You should returns at all times sufficient postage, otherwise they will not be accepted and will not be credited. The transmission risk of the return lies with the person who returns the item.

Processing and reimbursement of your return

The returned item will be after registration and receipt of the shipment, confirmed by e-mail. The amount of the returned items will be credited by me and be returned to your bank account in the event of payment by iDEAL.

If I want to exchange the item ordered is that possible?

You can do this most easily by returning the item to be replaced (and) then right to place a new order on the website. So you see, as if a product is still available. When you place a new order to replace this means however that you must pay the article by Ideal your current item (s). Unfortunately we can not settle for technical reasons with each other orders. So you pay initial two bills. Upon receipt of your return you will receive within a few days the refund amount deposited at your account.
